Lonesome Valley, next to Cashiers, NC, consists of nearly 800 acres with over a third of those set aside as open space for shared recreation and enjoyment. Set in the largest Box Canyon East of the Mississippi, the Cottage and Estate lots are borrowed from the look and feel of Southern Appalachian farms of generations past and thoughtfully placed with a wide variety of homesites, exceptional views and beautiful, natural features. This conservation ethic will be reflected in both our natural landscape and built structures as well as in our "Farmhouse" community center and sports barn.
