We’re going to help you cull through and find the one that’s the right fit for you. The one place that feels like “home.”
- Expedite – Complete the proprietary Lifestyle Survey™ and let our intelligent software find the communities with the highest probability of a match. All information is private and secure. This comprehensive survey carefully considers everything from architectural tastes to preferred amenities to help tailor a short list of communities for your consideration.
- Experience – A Community Adviser will review your survey, and prepare a portfolio of prospective communities for you to consider from the comfort of your home or one of our Discovery showrooms. Once you have previewed the communities that are a match for you our Concierge will arrange a tour of the communities that you are most interested in seeing for yourself. It’s as simple as that and we’re with you every step of the way.
